Meet the Founder
My name is Zoe Kapolos, and I am a Registered Nurse working in Women's Health. I founded The Ovary Office from both personal experience and professional insight into the gaps that continue to exist in women's healthcare.
The Ovary Office is dedicated to developing accessible, evidence-based, and free educational resources that improve menstrual health literacy and empower people who menstruate to better understand their bodies. Through collaborations with brands that create supportive and innovative products, as well as community-focused events, we aim to connect, educate, and uplift our community.
At its core, The Ovary Office exists to ensure that no one feels alone in their health journey. Our mission is to help women feel informed, confident, and supported, whether that support comes through trusted health education, professional guidance, or simply having a safe space that feels like advice from a big sister who understands.
We believe that everyone deserves access to accurate information, meaningful support, and a community that makes them feel heard.
