The founder, passion and face behind The Ovary Office.

For too long, women have gone without Women's Health Education and access to period products.

I am a registered nurse working in women’s health and have begun developing accessible and free educational resources aimed at improving menstrual health literacy and supporting people who menstruate. One of the key goals of The Ovary Office is to ensure that no one has to experience their period without access to appropriate products or reliable information.

That's when The Ovary Office was born.
